X-Men

Watched X-men today at IOI with some friends, the show was just normal to me.....

I still prefer Bond Movies ^_^....haha

Anyway, I rate it 7/10.

Swine flu if spreading widely across the globe, 

You can prevent yourself from getting this influenza by :

1) Avoid going to crowded places

2) Wash your hands frequently

3) Bathe regularly 

And of course if you are scared to eat them, I suggest you replace them with ''Fish'' which is less fattening and nutritious .....that is why I always crave for them.
